Welcome
Welcome to our new staff!
Congratulations to Caleb Hyles, the newest member of our staff. Caleb has performed in multiple off Broadway productions and stared in the national tour of Phantom of the Opera. As he is now a father, he chose to stay closer to home and join the Hideaway's staff as a singing waiter!
Read about our history
Our founder, Brandon Robbins, is originally from the NYC area, living in 4 of the 5 boroughs, always brought his love and passion for NYC with him when he moved to the Danbury-Brewster area as a young boy. He was passionate about the theatre and performing arts, starring in and directing many [non] musicals throughout his high school and college career. In high school, he found the love of cooking and began investigating the culinary arts and taking on complex jobs in the food industry. As a 27 year old, he along with the help of the two strongest women in his life, his high school sweetheart and business partner/co-owner, Caitlin Burke opened Phantom’s Hideaway, to bring the love of theatre to the greater Danbury-Brewster area, and not just NYC’s theatre district. Their business has brought thousands of tourists to the Putnam-Fairfield county area, putting the surrounding towns back on the map and a place to visit with friends and family.

Phantom's Hideaway
In Broadway’s,The Phantom of the Opera, the Phantom brings people into his secret lair where he creates his legendary symphonies and hides from the realities of the world. In my Broadway themed family restaurant, it would be my goal as a chef and business owner to model a restaurant after the Phantom’s story and provide customers with a legendary and special eating experience that allows them to escape from reality and into culinary paradise.
